Day of Rest Poetic Prayer

Our Father who art in heaven
Help me to be wise regarding
Which activities can be done
On days when we should be resting
This I ask in the name of thy Son
Whose name in scripture is Christos Yayzoos
Whose name on earth is Jesus and Hayzoos

Poem- 'Unus Mille Trillion Trillion'

By David Virgil Hobbs

Typicalists unfairly rejected
Untypical Zorro; and their little groups
Were imperfect mirrors of the world, which
Over-represented the typicals.
Credentialed experienced women with
Photographic recall, minds like lightning,
Mindlessly favored those called 'dorks' by the rude
Over Zorro, and credentialed women
Somehow forgot that overemphasis
On credentials means the de-emphasis
Of competence and they rejected him.
The copycat mind that ignores its feelings,
And then imitates Linda's treatment of him.
Will when hiring obsess over experience,
And copy some employer. The execs with
Photographic memories and ultra-quick
Minds, were like fools obsessed with experience,
And allowed outsiders to dictate hiring
Choices. Selfishness worshiping management
Let personnel officers serve themselves
Instead of their employer, and reject
Zorro. Exec slaves of fiduciary
Duty clashed with Zorro, and with the wishes
And interests of stockholder families.
The receptionists who interacted
With this Zorro, should have had him ushered
Into the head office, but since he looked like
A Christian they did'nt. Zorro failed to rise
In the corporate world; the ungodliness
Of the corporate execs infected
Their servants who interacted with godly
Zorro. Zorro could not advance in the corporate
Ranks, because the corporate leaders find
His religious doctrine to be hostile
To the rich men and to the Sodomites.
The stars of the middle class, by force of
Numbers, excel the stars of the financial
Elite, though elites may excel per capita.
I suspect the strength of the Caucasian
Race lies not in typicals, but in stars.
"Its unfaiw to typicaws to hiwe Zowwo",
Said Saul Pantell. "De chance of being wowld
Numero uno in three things wike Zowwo,
Is one in a thousand trillion trillion".

Classic Tithin' Poem

Classic Tithin'

By Mudyard Stripling (ultra-important redneck poet)

Travellin' t't'other city
An' throwin' a dinner-party fo' th' pore an' th' priests
Thets whut classical biblical tithin' is

Ah did classic-type tithin' when a friend on vacashun,
Travelled far t'a sunny city of palm trees,
To spend his money an' th' money I'd paid him
Letters t'th' city corntainin' poetic-prayers I'd written
Arrived in th' city th' same time as him

By magical alchemah mah excess of spendin'
On luxuries bought fum him,
Was turned into an hono'able tithe
When he spent it in th' city of th' Palm-trees & beaches

An' Ah c'd see how sech classical inter-city tithin',
Serves th' purpose of brin'in' t'mind,
How th' angels brin' gif's fum hevvin,
Down t'earth t'share with mankind

Ah c'd feel them junerous gif'-barin' angels within;
An' Ah felt thankful t'them angels,
Do' brin'in' t'earth th' gif's fum hevven

Sunday Poem: De Negro Addresseth de Hindus

De Negro Addresseth de Hindus

By  Stella Scripto' Africanus-Futurum

Had foreign wise-men written deir scribblin's while livin' amongst dee
Would dat small difference in dy small mind, spell de difference between trud and falsehood?

Men whose scribblin's is fust written in an Aryan language,
Secretly harbo' malice uh de most 'estreme kinds
Against da damn sucka's dey pretend t'befriend

Since when, do dudes who is not insane, reject Scribblin's uh Instrucshun,
Simply cuz' dey were created by some fo'eign race in some foreign land?

Do ye dark soudern Hindus not reverence Hindu scribblin's,
Dat wuz written by Honkys when dey lived down no'd uh Pakistan?

So's den be it, de fo'eign-language Scribblin's uh Wisdom wuz fust written in,
Dat compels dee t'reject da damn teachin's in it?

Whut kind'a honky fool, rejects some Scribblin' uh Instrucshun,
Simply cuz' it wuz fust written in some fo'eign language?

Even yo' Hindu scribblin's, wuz fust written
In some language ya' would not now unnerstan'

So's is it, dat ye reject Sacred Scribblin's dat wuz fust written,
in some language belongin' t'a language-family oda' dan dine own?

So's would it be, if dudes wrote da damn fust copy
Uh a scribblin' in Aryan-Greek ye would accept,
But if dey fust wrote it  down in Semitic Aramaic, ye would reject?

Dine racial cousins de Pakistanis, gots shown dat dy race
is capable uh reverencin' scribblins fust written in some Semitic language

Whut kind'a Honky fool said, Ah' reject da damn Scribblin' uh Literature,
Dat is, likes de branch uh a tree subtly endowed wid divine beauty,
(in de Scribblin''s case beauty uh a verbal & conceptual kind)
Cuz de audo' chose t'scribble it in some Semitic language,
but Ah' would gots accepted it if de audo' had made da damn fust copy in Latin?

Perchance da damn fust copy uh de Scribblin' uh Wisdom wuz made in some Non-Aryan language,
cuz de wise puh'secuted-sucka's would fare betta' dat way

Wise Aryan dudes have long understood, dat it be foolish t'reject some Scribblin' uh Wisdom,
Simply 'cause it wuz fust written down by some man not-Aryan o' in some non-Aryan tongue.

Oh Hindu fools, if Ye wuz t'puh'chance fufill yo' wildest dreams,
and stole da damn plans fo' de wo'ld's most powerful weapon fum de Chinese,
Would Ye den reject, igno'e and burn dose stolen plans,
Simply cuz' dey wuz fust written in Chinese?

Who knows how many times an Aryan-joker has wisely adopted some non-Aryan tongue?

Seein' dat dou dost not know, if de angels rap in an Aryan tongue,
Dost Dou presumptuously assume, dat dat which be fust written in some tongue-not-Aryan,
Is sump'n t'be rejected?

O Ye Hindus, Ye gots convinced yo'selves,
Dat dine stomachs gots'ta be betta' filled,
By way uh dine rejectin' Scribblin's uh Wisdom,
Dat wuz fust written in some language not Aryan,
By dudes who appear t'have not been Aryan

Whereas, whut ye should gots done,
Is recon'd dat respectin' de Good Scribblin' uh Wisdom written in some non-Aryan tongue
Would result in dy belly bein' filled wid tasty doodads
De Proverb said, de Lo'd hates de heart dat deviseth wicked imaginashuns

It wuz as some medicine fo' yo' Aryan pride,
Dat da damn Scribblin's uh Wisdom wuz fust written,
in de land uh Palestine
In some tongue not Aryan

Olympics what I learned during the Olympics

There are certain loveable women
women of unusual anatomy,
women who sell sex to women,
women who lewdly exhibit their bodies
women who misbehave and sin
women whose parents were not Christian

Yet still, God has divine love for these women
even though they are untypical and sin

This love God has for these women,
can abide in a man's heart within

Sometimes man can feel this love for the woman,
before he and the woman have even spoken

Sometimes man does not feel this feeling
this God's love for another within,
until many years after
he first when young knew the girl

Man having this love God has for outcasts inside
far transcends the typical lustful state of mind

By prayerfully praising God Man can win
the victory of finding in himself, within
God's love for the untypical and those who sin

But the prayers must be fervent heartfelt prayers,
and be prayers that mentally involve God's praise

Olympics 2012 closing day August 12

The Southern edge of the Adriatic Sea
is also the northern coast of Italy

Sunday August the twelfth,
year two thousand and twelve
sixty-six men of three nations
of the Sea of the Adrians,
Italians, Croatians, and also Serbians
total population seventy two million
won medals of bronze or silver or gold
in handball, volleyball or water polo.

For the honor of being amongst men the top nation
of the day per capita amongst the Olympians,
They vanquished their closest competitors the Cubans,
total population only eleven million

Two bronze and a gold were won by Cubans like Ramirez
in the lighter-weight men's boxing and wrestling events

The medals won by the sixty-six men of the Adrians,
evidenced a depth in terms of athletes, and of champions.

And would you rather enjoy as a fun contest
water polo, handball or volleyball events,
enjoying yourself with a dozen friends,
or would you prefer your time to spend
in solo physical combat that's violent?

Adriatic men know how to enjoy living
and how to be Olympian while enjoying

Olympics august 11 saturday events

Olympics August eleventh was war between,
British empire's Carribean sprinters,
Spanish empire's Carribean martial artists,
and martial artists of the Empire of Persia's
northern province of Azerbaijan.

Azerbaijan's conquest of two wrestling golds and boxing bronze,
locked it in struggle for the day's lead amongst Olympians,
against Spain's Cubans and Puerto Ricans in the Carribean
who won two boxing golds, wrestling silver, and bronze taekwon.

Azerbaijan's population is only eight million;
it's southern border is the northern-most border of Iran.

Carribean islands Puerto Rico and Cuba
off the east coast of central Latin America
have populations of eleven and four million
and are located near the West Indies islands

So I say, Persian Azerbaijan's three medals won the day,
over the four medals of Cuba and Puerto Rico,
and also beat both Cuba alone and Puerto Rico alone,
due to its medals per capita in combat sports today

British West Indies continued to excel,
running bronze and golden sprint relays
But one could say to a certain extent,
relays redundantly duplicate the solo race.
Men grow tired hearing day after day,
the same small nations praised in verse
by the mathematical poet.

Olympics August ninth, tenth

August ninth and tenth at the Olympics in London,
Looking at men's medal winnings per capita,
Britain and her little white colonies on islands,
would have been defeated by little Latvia;

But Britain's little black colonies in the Carribean,
whose population put together is only four million
Achieved many medals relative to their population

The result ending up being that Great Britain
& her little colonies on the islands,
all of whom still have as official anthem,
God Save the Queen the anthem of Great Britain

Staved off the challenge from Latvia,
a nation of only two million,
located just west of Russia,
south of Finland, and north of Poland

Bronze and gold were won by West Indian sprinters
in the race relay four by four hundred meters;
in two hundred meters they won gold, bronze and silver

Thus West Indians mister Lendore, mister Gordon,
mister Forte, mister Brown, mister Solomon,
mister Mathieu, mister Weir, mister Pinder,
mister Bolt, mister Blake, and mister Miller

Conquered the beach-volleyball bronze duo
composed of Plavins and Smedins the two Latvians,
and the Latvian Stromberg's cycling Gold,
To continue the British Empire's dominance
over the two thousand and twelve Olympians

August 1-8 Olympics: British Empire Navy vs Persian Army

Reflecting on what I think been's going on
during the last week at the Olympics Games
(Wednesday August first to Wednesday August eigth),
Observing through a lense that focuses on
men's per capita winnings from day to day:

I've witnessed a struggle featuring
Navy of Britain and her island colonies,
Against Iran's fantastically strong army.
The British empire has been winning
and appears set for eventual victory.

These little Euro-British colonies on islands
after centuries still have as their official anthem
God Save the Queen, the national anthem of Britain.

A week ago Wednesday August first,
the power was in the French swimmers

Next, Thursday August second Great Britain,
ruled sports of land & sea transportation.

On Friday August third New Zealand,
population four million persons
a small white colony of Britain's
conquered land and sea transportation

August fourth three little white colonies
(Canada, Australia, & New Zealand)
and their imperial father Great Britain
dominated sports involving movement
at high speeds over the land and the sea.

On August fifth and August sixth,
British named Afro-British West-Indians
from the islands of the Carribean
dominated land-running sprints.

On August seventh, Persian wrestlers & weightlifters
of the wild and glorious highest weight-classes,
dominated the world's weightlifters and wrestlers,
while the Persian Ehsan Hadidi won a silver
in the classically Olympian discus,
hurling the four point four pound discus sixty-eight meters.

On Wednesday August eigth, the British homeland collapsed
but her little white island colonies filled the gap
ruling water movement of various sorts,
the canoeing, kayaking and sailing sports.

Four of the last eight days I saw
the domination of the men of Britain
and her little colonies, mostly islands,
in water transportation sports.

It's been like ancient military history
a contest between British Empire's fast Navy,
And Persia's magnificently mighty army.

ARGUMENT

The Boston College Men's Ice Hockey team, featuring lots of Massachusetts boys, decisively defeated Miami of Ohio in the NCAA semifinals, even though Miami's team was bigger and higher ranked. Then they also badly beat Wisconsin which also was higher ranked and had bigger players. This despite the fact Boston University (which is not Boston College) coach Parker had said, he does not recruit Massachusetts boys because Massachusetts players are injured, burnt-out, tired, and lack enthusiasm for ice hockey because of having played it too much as boys.

Part I

Boston College defeats Miami of Ohio by 7-0 in the 2010 NCAA Hockey semifinals

The youths of the Boston College Men's Ice Hockey Team
Are smaller than average men;
Yet in the semifinals
Against Ohio's Miami University
Their small players scored seven
Against men a tenth taller than them
While Miami scored zero against
Boston College's little defense

This even though Miami was ranked first
Whereas Boston College was ranked third

Part II

Boston College defeats Wisconsin by 5-0 in the 2010 NCAA Hockey finals

Then in the finals on Saturday night,
The Boston College team for hockey on ice,
Composed of youths below average in height
Playing against Wisconsin scored five times
While Wisconsin's taller and heavier young men
Scored zero against the Boston College defense

Part III

The Boston College victories contradict Boston University Coach Parker's idea that Massachusetts boys should not be recruited because they are stunted as a result of having been obsessed with ice hockey.

The Boston College men's ice hockey team scores many goals
Yet it contains many Massachusetts youths, known as massholes

And the Boston University Coach had stated,
His team contains few from the state of Massachusetts
Because the state's boys play too many hockey games,
And so by the time they become of college age,
They are tired injured burnt out and lazy,
And take no joy in the sport of hockey.

Yet Despite what the Boston University coach said,
The injured, tired, burnt out joyless and ice hockey obsessed
Boston College dwarves from the state of Massachusetts,
Beat two teams filled with tall heavy heroes,
by seven to nothing and five to zero.

Argument
David Virgil, sent his psalms to the white players and coaches but not to the black players and coaches at Duke and WVU, prior to the game between Duke and WVU. Result of the game: unexpectedly one sided victory for the whiter Duke.
Part I
The narrative describes the basketball game played Saturday April 3 2010 between Duke and WVU, which was won by Duke

On saturday evening April fourth,
Third ranked Duke of North Carolina,
The highest ranked of the four college teams
Left in the NC double A tourney,
Took on sixth rank West Virginia
In Indiana in basketball.

Duke, seventy one percent of whose players
Are white Euro-Americans,
Was by just two points the team that was favored,
But Duke beat them by twenty one.

Fifty six percent of Duke's points were
scored by two slim German-Americans whites,
six five Scheyer of Chicagoland's Glenbrook high;
and, Oregon's six eight Kyle Singler.

These heights translate mathematically
to five nine and six foot amongst ladies.

Of Duke's total points three out of four
By Euro-americans were scored.

Duke conquered a West Virginia team
Of which african american were sixty percent
Of whose fifty seven points in defeat,
The African-Americans produced nine out of ten

73 minute 5-mile run using long & quick paces style: power of chant(?)

Monday March 16 I was too tired to run. Prior to Monday March 16, I had done six miles a day for six days in a row.

Reminds me of legends, symbolic to this or that degree such as: God created the world in six days and rested on the seventh day; Christ objected to the Jews around him making a big deal of criticizing him for healing people on the sabbath day.

Synthesis of the two scriptures: wisdom consists of resting for a day approximately every seven days, but this rest does not need to be on Sunday every week; use your common-sense synthesizing different scriptures.

It is pathetic how many so-called, self-professed 'Christians' and 'Jews', are incompetent in the art of synthesizing more than one scripture into common-sense wisdom when the synthesized scriptures differ from each other even by just a little.

Tuesday March 17:

Prior to the run footwear-wise I put into effect a recommendation I made to myself after the March 15 run. Keeping everything else the same, in the left shoe I increased the padding to the sides of and behind the heel by 8 m-wrap layers. The pad was shaped like half of a circle of 3 inches in diameter.

The recommendations I made to myself after the March 15 run were:

"Left foot: increase padding to sides and rear of heel by 8 m-wrap layers, make sure the padding is vertically low enough to have heel-tightening effect; or, adjust padding already on shoe to bring padding low enough to have effect...Right foot: no change
(http://davidvirgil.blogspot.com/2009/03/76-minute-5-mile-long-length-paced-run.html )".

Results foot-comfort wise:

Left foot: In the 3rd mile, slight numbness/tingliness in foot; in parts of the 5th mile, slight pain in middle toe. Seems heel still loose results in urge to tighten shoelaces, which in turn results in numbness/tingliness. The big toe being elevated with extra padding may be putting pressure on the middle toe which remains at a lower elevation.

Right foot: Slight numbness-tingliness and some discomfort in ball of foot area in 3rd mile.

Tuesday March 17:

I ran the round the block course again (1st 3rd 5th miles run, 2nd 4th 6th miles walked), using for the first five miles, the style featuring an emphasis on BOTH long-length-paces AND ALSO a high number of steps per minute , taking breaks to record split-times.

Time after 5th mile: 73:02 (99:15 - 26:13 subtracted for delays = 73:02), only 18 seconds slower than my personal record regardless of style, which I achieved on March 14, while using the style that emphasizes only a high level of paces per minute (http://davidvirgil.blogspot.com/2009/03/73-minute-five-mile-run-new-personal.html ).

Of course all styles of running I use, involve an emphasis on speed. Speed combined with this, speed combined with that, speed combined with this and also that.

Pauses were due to: being stopped by police/ambulance/fire-truck because someone called them because they saw me 'wretching' on the lawn by the sidewalk prior to starting the run; stopping to record split-times; removing layers of clothing that were too warm; tying shoelaces; re-entering the apartment to get another pen because I thought I had lost the first one.

At 3:46 PM approx half way through the first mile, I was interrupted by a cop in a cop car, who was later joined by the ambulance and the fire truck, because of the report of me 'wretching' on the grass by the sidewalk. I told them the truth, which was that I was 'wretching', because I had not put enough half ' half into my coffee.

The cop sort of reminded me of what the black-haired Nick Sarkozy Prez of France would look and act like if Nick Sarkozy dyed his hair a dark brown color. Dark brown hair color is ubiquitous in these parts.

The charming and personable (short, white, clean-shaven, dark-brown-haired, boyish, hobbit-like, good-natured, smiling) young man who was an EMT-type and rode in the ambulance ordered me to fill out this form, which I somehow was required to fill out if I wanted to avoid going to the hospital with him and the ambulance driver. This interlude took 9:58 minutes:seconds of time.

I had merely been coughing up and spitting out saliva and mucus on to the grass by the sidewalk prior to beginning the run; this was I knew for sure, because I had not put enough 'half 'n half' into the coffe I drank prior to starting the run, because I had run out of 'half 'n half'.

After the first mile ended, I thought I could not find my pen which I place on the waist-high brick ledge behind the park-bench by the sidewalk where I start my runs. I looked and looked, but I swear I could not see my pen anywhere.

I went inside my apartment to get another pen and to discard the long-sleeved shirt made out of the t-shirt type material, as my clothing had gotten too warm. Then when I went outside again to resume the run, there was my pen, in the same area on the brick ledge where I thought it had disappeared from, and which I had stared at looking for the pen. This break took 10:05 minutes:seconds.

How much effort a given person must employ to achieve a given speed over a mile varies from person to person. At the level of effort I was applying during the first mile run, there naturally resulted some mental fog, caused by the running not by drugs.

This mental fog could have been a cause of: I mistakenly wrote 'September' on the EMT's form when I should have written 'March', because in my mind I was thinking of how my calculations showed that at the current rate of improvement by September I will be at world record speed (also March temperatures are like September temps); I mistakenly wrote '08', for the year 2008 when I should have written '2009', probably because I do not have to fill out too many forms and I have gotten used to writing '2008' on forms; I could not see my pen on the brick ledge, then ten minutes later I saw it on the same area of the ledge I did not at first see it in.

I was outside 'wretching', and I chose the route of 'wretching' until I could start running instead of returning to the apartment to eat/drink stuff that would soothe my stomach. I did this because I wanted to prove to myself that I could overcome 'wretching' without eating/drinking/returning-home. This turned out to be a serious error.

Me simply 'wretching' on the grass by the sidewalk led to me being interrogated by the EMT in the ambulance and forced to sign some form, just to avoid going to the hospital.

Also there were 6:10 minutes:seconds of breaks after miles 2, 3, and 4 to record split times, tie shoe-laces, and discard yet another item of clothing, this time the second of the two t-shirts I started out wearing.

The entire run, during the run and also during the walked miles, I used the long-length-paced & ALSO quick-stepped style. For the entire 5 miles, I used the following chant (chanted in my mind not with my mouth/tongue):

'Long are our strides as we streamline the sky
Many are our steps per unit of time
Lord of Roads of Magnificence am I
Lord of Roads of Painlessness am I'

This is the original chant, the first chant that I stuck with for any length of time; it emphasizes BOTH long-paces and quick paces.

Mile split times recorded:

1st, run: 14:57
2nd, walked: 13:40
3rd, run: 15:20
4th, walked: 13:50
5th, run: 15:15

The footwear during the run was:

Left shoe:

lightweight removable sole that came with shoe +
foam/gel heel-to-toe insole +
8 layers m-wrap pad under big toe +
'toe bed' (forefoot gel pad for ball of foot and toes) +
8 layers m-wrap under ball of foot +
12 layers m-wrap pad under ball-of-foot & line between toes & ball of foot +
20 layers m-wrap pad attached to toe area of gel forefoot pad beneath big, index and middle toes +
NEW TODAY 8 m-wrap layer pad behind heel at base of heel+
40 layers m-wrap pad around sides and rear of heel
Adhesives: tape, not glue.
'Pretaping' type m-wrap used.
SHOELACES: medium to tight on top shoelace, loose on other shoelaces

Right shoe:
SAME AS PREVIOUS RUN

Lightweight removable sole that came with shoe +
foam/gel heel-to-toe insole +
'toe bed' (forefoot gel pad for ball of foot and toes) +
8 layers m-wrap under ball of foot +
12-layers m-wrap pad under ball-of-foot & line between toes and ball of foot +
20 layers m-wrap pad attached to toe area of gel forefoot pad beneath big, index and middle toes +
16 layers m-wrap pad around sides and rear of heel
'Multipurpose' type m-wrap used.
SHOELACES: tight on top shoelaces, loose on others

The temp was on average 47 degrees with wind at avg 4 mph during the run (5th mile completed at 5:19 PM):

Total sunshine again, not a cloud in the sky.

A long-sleeved collar-less sportshirt made of t-shirt type material, t-shirt, second t-shirt sleeveless t-shirt, visibility-vest, sweatpants, shorts, and headband were too warm.

After the first mile I removed the long-sleeved collarless sportshirt made of t-shirt type material. I continued to feel too warm. After the 2nd mile I removed the second of the two t-shirts.

I ran/walked the last 3 miles wearing only a t-shirt, sleeveless t-shirt, and the visibility vest on my upper body, and felt about right in the 47 degree sunshine.

Too much detail re clothes you might say, but sometimes the best solution is to start with a layer of clothing that is discarded during the run.

Advice to myself for the next run:

Left foot: increase padding to sides and rear of heel by 8 m-wrap layers again, again make sure the padding is vertically low enough to have heel-tightening effect.

Right foot: add 8 m-wrap layer pad behind heel at base of heel; or make no change.

In accordance with the rotation entered into the blog-record March 15 (http://davidvirgil.blogspot.com/2009/03/76-minute-5-mile-long-length-paced-run.html ), run using style "D Medium-length-paced, emphasis on paces-per-minute, no pauses to note split-times".

Chant to use, a NEW one:

'Many are our steps per unit of time
Great is our speed as we streamline the sky
Lord of roads of magnificence am I
Lord of roads of painlessness am I'

This chant emphasizes speed combined with a high number of steps per minute, and de-emphasizes length of stride.

Running tactics/strategy

Hard to judge how well the tactics employed today (chant, emphasis on BOTH length of paces and quickness of pace) worked due to the extra-long breaks taken half way through the first mile and at the end of the first mile.

Seems that the result today March 17 was very good in the sense of being only 16 seconds slower than my personal record regardless of running-style-applied, despite fast times March 15 and March 14. Fast times in the past have resulted in recuperation periods featuring slow times for runs during which I did NOT mentally chant in my mind.

The emphasis on length of pace COMBINED WITH quickness of pace that I applied today March 17, as of now I expect to be naturally slower than the emphasis on quickness of pace alone applied March 15 when I set the record that was 16 seconds faster than today. This because the emphasis on length of pace alone produces slower times than the emphasis on quickness of pace alone.
