online chat customer service at Hewlett Packard impressive

I had a problem with a CD containing the Users Manual for a Samsung monitor, not running on an Hewlett Packard computer that I keep offline. I was impressed by the free chat technician (chat using keyboard) help I got from HP re the problem, despite it having been several years since the computer was bought and warranties etc having expired. The free chat, with a transcript kept of the entire chat, is very reasonable compared to other methods of customer service. I estimate that such chat, with transcripts kept, would be a big step forward in areas such as educational student/teacher interactions, and organization management.

Wide screen monitor for computer produces real advantages

I created a web page, which is not on the blog again because it contains a table, regarding a new Samsung 2343BWX I now have the privilege of using. The page is at: http://coolname001.angelfire.com/newmonitors.htm. The page describes the actual, measured by experimentation advantages produced by a switch from a 13 inch wide computer monitor to a 20 inch wide computer monitor.

Habakkuk in rhyme

November Poem #1
Version 1: 2:36 AM 11/10/2009
Check back to see if this has been upgraded to a newer version

My rhyming, poetic version of Habakkuk 3:17-18 (http://kingjbible.com/habakkuk/3.htm):

Even if the fig tree does not blossom,
and the vines produce no fruit to eat;
Even if the tiring work in the heat
on the olive trees proves fruitless
and the fields yield no meat;
If the flock gets cut off from the herd,
and the herd disappears from the stalls:
Still will I rejoice in the LORD,
and rejoice in the God of my salvation.

(don't scoff, 9 line per day adds up to 270 lines per month)
