Hypothesis re the cause of cancer -- Dream

DREAM I HAD FEBRUARY 28 OR 29

In the dream I saw about five feet away in the darkness, a word. The letters in the word were in white font, but the white did not look bright white because the words were in the darkness. The letters in the word looked like they were in 3D, each letter was about two inches tall, they looked like they were in Comic Sans MS font in boldface. Looking at the word, the thought in my mind, was, that, the word, with nothing in between the letters in the word, represented the healthy body; and the word, with particle-like things interspersed between the letters in the word, represented the body that is diseased with cancer. Looking at the word, the thought in my mind was that the mechanism whereby cancer is produced in the body, is analagous to particles being interspersed between the letters in the word that represents the key element in the body. The particles that I visualized in the dream were each about one sixth as high as a letter in the word, and about one fifth as wide as a letter in the word, and colored the same white color as the letters in the word.
