the business temples of the financially ill nations on the planet Samba

The BSBAAL worshipping business temples of the BS nations on the planet Samba

Looking into my crystal ball I see that there are on a faraway planet named Samba, nations, which I refer to here as BS for Business School nations, that are "strong" in terms of alleged-relative-quality of business schools combined with quantity of business schools.

These BS nations, possess certain characteristics: they run up large trade deficits and large amounts of foreign debt as a result of which financial damage to stockholders from the BS nations occurs. This is a result of a combination of two factors: the voluntary behavior of consumers in the BS nation, and the government trade policies enacted by the governments in the BS nations. Neither of these two factors are well understood in the BS nations.

Looking into my crystal ball, I see the personification of the business school temples of the BS nations, as BSBAAL, a somwhat-false deity. BSBAAL emphasizes the following areas of business administration (in order from most emphasized to less emphasized): marketing, global competitive strategy, operations management, how to lead organizations, financial analysis and management, managerial accounting, probability and statistics, and financial accounting.

The areas least emphasized by BSBAAL, are, (in order from least emphasized to relatively more emphasized): human resources, international politics and business, and public-policy-government business.

This situation on the distant planet Samba does not surprise me. I have noticed foolishness in corporate hiring practices in the BS nations on the planet Samba; it has seemed to me, that the MBAs on the planet Samba fail to realize that an organization that produces and sells, is ultimately the sum of its parts, the parts being those it employs.

it has seemed to me, that the vaunted MBAs of the planet Samba, have failed to grasp the simple fundamental concept, that a personnel officer's selfish interests conflict with the interests of the organization he or she represents. Is a personnel officer going to be inclined to hire someone who could displace him, or out-compete him for a promotion? v The problem with the corporations in the BS nations on the planet Samba is, that they are drying up the domestic income streams in their own nations, that they depend on in order to make profits, due to their obtuseness in terms of an understanding of the benefits a nation and its businesses can derive from government management of international trade via interventions such as tariffs.
