Dream about telling men about how obsession with family can harm family

A couple of nights ago I had a dream in which I was talking to about a half dozen people. They were wearing orange jumpsuits. Best I can recall they were all men who were white or hispanic. I remember one of them was white or white hispanic and had a black handle-bar mustache. Another looked like a clean shaven white.

I do not remember the exact words I said to them but I clearly remember the meaning of the words. I was telling them that if every man turns his back on the interests of society in general because every man is concerned with the interests of his own family and children specifically, the end result is that every man's family and children end up in a worse state than they would be in if every man concerned himself not with his own children and family, but, rather with the interests of society at large.

And all of these half dozen men in orange jumpsuits agreed with me.

When I woke up I was thinking that society is advancing in its way of thinking, after being sort of shouted at time after time by people like me, in that it is beginning to recognize how individualism can contradict the goals of individualism.
