Actually enjoying exercise
After the first hour of stiff lethargy
Body and mind finally now at peace
Now that the unfit projectiles
Have been put away,
And the fit retained
Feeling in himself a Muhammad Ali of the soccer world
Flying with the ball, as far as on high a flag is unfurled
